The Whole Young Person Challenge

Breaking Barriers California. Elizabeth Haas has convened agencies across 57 counties for twenty-five years around a whole-person response for ages zero to twenty-five.
The problem
California invests roughly $30 billion in young people across four initiatives, each implemented separately. A family in crisis encounters a system that was never designed to see them whole.

Technology companies show how they would serve every young person in California across all income brackets.
